Art Institute of America? I am interested in the program for one year culinary certification pastry. I was wondering if anyone knew what was the reputation of this university is and how its investment program will really like once their studies? I hope eventually open my own later after gaining experience of course. I like the fact that you get your own team (which, of course, pay) but least one must include all the interesting things as a chief's hat kitchen, terrace, all knives and gadgets I need. I also have the option later if you want to transfer all my credits a degree if I want to move on, if I do not lose everything. Any ideas? If you are interested in the kitchen, what would you do?
